This Privacy Policy explains how PLUXMEDIA LTD, trading as Besteoffers ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit or make a purchase at besteoffers.com.

  • Payment information: Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
  • Communication: messages you send us by email or through our contact form.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

  • To process and deliver your order (performance of a contract).
  • To provide customer support (performance of a contract and legitimate interests).
  • To prevent fraud and keep our store secure (legitimate interests).
  • To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
  • To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Sharing your data

  • Shopify (store hosting and order management);
  • Shopify Payments and its payment processors (payment processing);
