This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at besteoffers.com, operated by PLUXMEDIA LTD, trading as Besteoffers.
1. Digital delivery
All products sold on Besteoffers are digital products. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping costs.
2. Delivery time
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive:
- an order confirmation email; and
- access to your download link, either on the order confirmation page or by email.
Delivery is usually instant. In rare cases, it can take up to 24 hours.
3. Accessing your products
Canva templates are delivered as a link that opens the template in your own Canva account. A free Canva account is sufficient unless the product description states otherwise. Other files are delivered as downloadable files (for example PDF).
4. Did not receive your order?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find your download link within 24 hours of purchase, email us at contact@besteoffers.com with your order number and we will send it to you right away.
5. Availability
Our digital products are available to customers worldwide. Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
