1. Digital Products (planners & Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

Refunds are not available for digital products once the download link has been accessed or delivered, except in the following cases:
The file is corrupted, incomplete, or not accessible; and
You contact us within 7 days of purchase; and
We are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.

2. Physical Products
You may request a return or refund for physical products under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns
The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The product is in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Used, damaged, or altered products.
Items marked as final sale or clearance (if applicable).
Digital products.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
