2. Acceptance of these terms

We sell digital products, including Canva templates, planners and guides. We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Images are for illustration and may vary slightly depending on your screen or software settings.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of your order through the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.

6. Order and contract

A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

7. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically, usually immediately after payment. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

At checkout, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery or download begins. You are still entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not as described or not delivered. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. Licence to use our products

When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your personal use, unless the product description states otherwise. You may not resell, share, redistribute or claim our products as your own.

All content on this website and in our products is owned by PLUXMEDIA LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
